**In brief:** Minutezilla offers three HR reports – attendance, leave and overtime – with date filters and CSV export. Admins and managers can see the reports.

## The three HR reports

## Attendance report

Per person: days present, absences, missing check-outs, working time, break time, overtime and average working time per day.

## Leave report

Per person and year: allocated, used, pending and remaining days for each absence type.

## Overtime report

All days with overtime in the selected period, expandable per person.

## How to work with the reports

The reports use the same data as attendance, leave and overtime – no copying together from several tools.

### Choose the period

Filter attendance and overtime by date and leave by year. Without a selection, the reports show the last 30 days or the current year.

### CSV export

Every report can be downloaded as a CSV file. Hours are exported as decimal numbers.

### For managers only

HR reports are available to admins and managers.

### For payroll and documentation

The exports work as a basis for payroll, team leads and internal records.
