## What overtime calculation does

## Daily and weekly thresholds

Set how many hours per day and per week count as regular time – for example 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.

## Calculated at check-out

As soon as someone checks out, Minutezilla calculates the day’s overtime and stores it on the attendance entry.

## Overview and export

Admins and managers see overtime for the last 30 days and export the overtime report as CSV.

## How overtime is calculated

The basis is the working time between check-in and check-out minus breaks.

### Enabled per workspace

Admins switch on overtime calculation for the workspace and set the thresholds.

### Day or week – the higher value counts

Minutezilla compares overtime by daily and by weekly threshold and uses the higher value.

### Set a rate multiplier

You can also store a multiplier for overtime, for example 1.5.

### Traceable per day

Each day shows check-in, check-out, working time and overtime, so questions are cleared up quickly.
