**In brief:** Assign working time to trade jobs: create projects, record tasks and review entries before invoicing. Use Minutezilla in your browser.

## One project per job

Create a project such as “Miller customer – Bathroom renovation” to assign preparation and installation to the same job.

## Describe the work clearly

Record “Prepare materials” and “Install fittings” separately. Task descriptions explain what each time entry covers.

## Separate job time from attendance

The project timer records tasks. Attendance records the working day and breaks; the two views serve different purposes.

## Example: A working day with two customer jobs

A technician prepares materials for a bathroom renovation in the morning, then works on a repair job. Assign tasks to the relevant projects instead of creating one combined entry at the end of the week.

### 1. Set up clients and jobs

Create the client and a project for each job. Use clear names and tell the team which activities belong to each project.

### 2. Record changes between tasks

Select the project and describe the work before starting. Stop the timer when changing tasks and restart it for the next job.

### 3. Review missing time

Add missed entries manually and review their descriptions and projects before reporting. Record breaks separately in attendance.

### 4. Use a report to review the job

Choose the date range in a time report and review entry assignments. Export the report as PDF for internal review or as a client attachment. The web app needs an internet connection; this workflow does not promise GPS tracking or offline recording.
