Feature

Attendance tracking with check-in, check-out and breaks

Team members check in and out with one click and start their breaks right in the browser. Minutezilla calculates working time automatically and shows managers where something is missing.

In brief: Attendance tracking in Minutezilla consists of check-in, breaks and check-out in the browser. Minutezilla calculates working time from this; missing check-outs are flagged at 11:55 pm.

What attendance tracking does

Check in and out with one click

Check in, start a break, end a break and check out – all in a small widget on the app start page.

Working time calculated automatically

At check-out, Minutezilla subtracts breaks from attendance and stores the actual working time of the day.

Gaps visible at once

Missing check-outs and absences are collected in one overview for admins and managers.

How attendance tracking works

A day of attendance consists of check-in, breaks and check-out. This gives working time, break time and – if enabled – overtime.

Live counter

After check-in, a counter shows your worked time. A status shows whether you are checked in, on a break or checked out.

Missing check-out

Anyone who forgets to check out is marked as “missing check-out” at 11:55 pm. The employee and managers are notified.

Corrections with a trace

Admins and managers fix incorrect entries. Manual changes are flagged on the entry.

Basis for reports

Attendance data feeds the attendance report and the overtime calculation.
